How to use:

• Lesson 1 - Shutdown your computer at 2:00 a.m.

1. Click the Shutdown Buddy icon in your system tray. The main window displays.
2. Click the drop-down arrow at position [2]. The task list menu pops up.
3. Select "Turn off Computer" from the menu.
4. Check the option "at the time of" at position [4].
5. Set the time to "02:00:00" at position [5].
6. Click "OK". A countdown window appears.
7. Click the minimize button at position [7]. The countdown window minimizes to your system tray.
